Circular No. 47/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 31, 2009 promulgting the National Technical Regulations on Conditions for food hygiene and safety in seafood production.
The Circular issues thirteen National Technical Regulations on Conditions for food hygiene and safety in seafood production, as below:

2. QCVN 02 - 02: 2009/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation Fisheries Food Business Operators- HACCP Based Program for Quality and Safety Assurance.
3. QCVN 02 - 03: 2009/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation Processing establishment for ready-to-eat fishery products - Conditions for food hygiene and safety.
4. QCVN 02 - 04: 2009/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation Fishery cannery- Conditions for food safety.
