Circular No. 29/2011/TT-BTTTT dated October 26,2011 promulgating the National Technical Regulations on Telecommunication.

The Circular issues  twenty- two National Technical Regulations on Telecommunication, as below:

1.QCVN 37: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on land mobile radio equipment using an integral antenna intended primarily for analogue speech.

2. QCVN 38: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on VSAT equipment ( C band)

3. QCVN 39: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on VSAT equipment ( Ku band)

4. QCVN 40: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on Mobile Earth Stations for Global Non- Geostationary  Mobile- Satellite Service Systems in the Bands 1-3 GHz.

5. QCVN 41: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on GSM base stations.

6. QCVN 45: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on point to multi- point digital radio equipment below 1 GHz using TDMA.

7. QCVN 46: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on point to multi- point digital radio equipment below 1 GHz using FDMA.

8. QCVN 48: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on point to multi- point digital radio equipment below 1 GHz using DS-CDMA

9. QCVN 49: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on point to multi- point digital radio equipment below 1 GHz using FH-CDMA

10. QCVN 50: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on VHF radiotelephone used on the survival craft.

11. QCVN 51: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on VHF radiotelephone used on inland waterways.

12. QCVN 52: 2011/BTTTT: National technical regulation on VHF radiotelephone for the maritime mobile service.

13. QCVN 53: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on point-to-point SDH radio equipments operating in the frequency bands up to 15 GHz

14. QCVN 54: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on radio equipments operating in the 2.4 GHz band and using spread spectrum modulation techiques.

15. QCVN 55: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on short range devices- radio equipment in the frequency range 9 kHz to 25 MHz

16. QCVN 56: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on amateur radio equipment

17. QCVN 57: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons ( EPIRBs) operating in the 406,0 MHz - 406,1 MHz frequency band.

18. QCVN 58: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on digital selective calling equipment

19. QCVN 59: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on MF and HF radio telephone

20. QCVN 60: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on transponders for search and rescue radar.

21. QCVN 61: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on UHF radio telephone.

22. QCVN 62: 2011/BTTTT:  National technical regulation on radiotelex equipment operating in maritime MF/HF service.

The Circular takes effective since January 1, 2012.
