Circular No. 16/2013/TT-BTTTT dated July 10, 2013 promulgating the National Technical Regulations. 

The Circular issues eight Nationtal Technical Regulation, as below:

1. QCVN 69:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on Vietnam postage stamps

2. QCVN 70:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility and radio spectrum for the frequency modulated (FM) radio sound transmitting quipment operating in the frequency band 54 MHz to 68 MHz.

3. QCVN 71:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for cabled distribution systems.

4. QCVN 72:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility requirement (EMC) for equipments in cabled distribution systems for television signal.

5. QCVN 73:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on Short Range Device (SRD) - Radio equipment to be used in the 25 MHz to 1 GHz frequency range.

6. QCVN 74:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on Short Range Device (SRD) - Radio equipment to be used in the 1 MHz to 40 GHz frequency range.

7. QCVN 75:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on Low Data Rate data transmission equipment operating in the 5,8 GHz use in Road Transport Traffic.

8. QCVN 76:2013/BTTTT: National technical regulation on High Data Rate data transmission equipment operating in the 5,8 GHz band use in Road Transport Traffic.

The Circular takes effective since January 15, 2014.
