Circular 34/2011/TT-BYT dated August 30, 2011 promulgating the National Technical Regulation on safety and hygiene for implement, container and packaging in direct contact with foods .

The Circular issues three National Technical Regulations on safety and hygiene for implement, container and packaging in direct contact with foods, as below: 

1. QCVN 12-1:2011/BYT: National technical regulation on safety and hygiene for synthetic resin Implement, container and packaging in direct contact with foods.

2. QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT: National technical regulation on safety and hygiene for ruber implements, container and packaging in direct contact with foods

3. QCVN 12-3:2011/BYT: National technical regulation on safety and hygiene for metalic containers in direct contact with foods.

 

The Circular takes effective since March 1, 2012
