Circular No. 41/2015/TT-BCT provides for the list of products and goods likely to be unsafe to the management of the MOIT, which is detailed in the appendix issued together with the Circular.
The aforesaid list is to replace the preceding list provided at Circular No. 08/2012/TT-BCT. Accordingly, such products must be confirmed the conformity with regulations and standards before being circulated in the market. Compared with the old, two groups of goods likely to be unsafe are added to the new, including:
- Inorganic fertilizers, namely urea, single superphosphate, mineral fertilizer, DAP, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, etc. as mentioned in the appendix issued together with Circular No. 29/2014/TT-BCT.
- Garment and textile products of all kinds as included in the appendix issued together with Circular No. 37/2015/TT-BCT.
Circular No. 41/2015/TT-BCT applies to:
- Organizations and individuals producing and trading in products and goods as stated in its appendix;
- Conformity assessment bodies that are designated to inspect, test and accredit the quality of products and goods in its appendix; and
- Other organizations concerned.
This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2016 and supersedes Circular No. 08/2012/TT-BCT dated April 9, 2012.
