Circular 67/2011/TT-BGTVT dated December 29, 2011 promulgating three National Technical Regulations on railway vehicles.

The Circular issues three National Technical Regulations on railway vehicles, as below:

1. QCVN 15: 2011/BGTVT: National technical regulation on technical safety requirements and environmental protection of railway vehicles for periodical inspection.

2. QCVN 16: 2011/BGTVT: National technical regulation on technical requirements and inspection methods for newly manufactured, assembled and imported Diesel locomotives.

3. QCVN 18: 2011/BGTVT: National technical regulation on acceptance test of newly manufactured, assembled and imported railway cars.

 

The Circular takes effective since June 30, 2012
