Circular 52/2012/T--BGTVT dated December 21, 2012 promulgating three National Technical Regulations on parts of motorcycles.
The Circular issues three three National Technical Regulations on parts of motorcycles, as below:
1. QCVN 44: 2012/BGTVT: Nation technical regulation on technical requirements and test methods for steel rims of motorcycles and mopeds.
2. QCVN 46: 2012/BGTVT: Nation technical regulation on technical requirements and test methods for alloy wheels of motorcycles and mopeds.
3. QCVN 47: 2012/BGTVT: Nation technical regulation on lead batteries of motorcycles and mopeds.
The Circular takes effective since July 1, 2013
