The Circular issues two the National Technical Regulation of motor used for electric bicycles and batteries of electric bicycles, as below:
1. QCVN 75: 2014/BGTVT: National technical regulation of motor used for electric bicycles.
2. QCVN 76: 2014/BGTVT: National technical regulation for batteries of electric bicycles
The Circular takes effective since January 1, 2016
