Circular 29/2011/TT-BTTTT dated October 26, 2011 promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Telecommunication.

The Circular issues twenty two National Technical Regulations on Telecommunication, as below:

1. QCVN 37: 2011/BTTTT: National technical reguation on land mobile radio equipment using an integral antenna intended primarily for analogue speech.

2. QCVN 38: 2011/BTTTT: National technical reguation on VSAT equipment (C band)

3. QCVN 39: 2011/BTTTT: National technical reguation on VSAT equipment (Ku band)

4. QCVN 40: 2011/BTTTT: National technical reguation on Mobile Earth Stations for Global Non-Geostationary Mobile-Satellite Service Systems in the Bands 1 - 3 GHz.
