Circular No. 09/2016/TT-BKHCN regulates the responsibility and order, procedures for the granting of permits to transport dangerous goods of oxidants, organic oxide compounds (category 5) and corrosive substances (category 8) by means of road transport, railway and inland waterway.

The Appendix enclosed with this Circular includes forms to facilitate the granting and regranting of permits, list of dangerous goods to be transported.

The Circular shall take effect on August 15, 2016.
