Circular 284/2016/TT-BTC regulates the collection, remittance, management and use of charges and fees in the quality control of aquaculture supplies.

The fees defined in the quality control of aquaculture supplies are as below:

- Fee for appraisal of the granting of certificates of imported aquaculture supplies: VND 500,000 + the number of samples x VND 90,000/sample

- Fees for appraisal of the granting of certificates of circulation of products of aquaculture supplies:

+ New registration: VND 1,050,000/time/product

+ Re-registration/Extension: VND 530,000/time/product

+ Change of information of enterprises/products: VND 350,000/time/enterprise/product

The General Department of Fisheries shall be in charge of the collection of charges.

Enclosed with the Circular is the table of fees and charges in the quality management of aquaculture material supplies.

The Circular shall take effect on January 01, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 204/2013/TT-BTC dated December 24, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance.
