Issued together with this Circular, the following Appendices to guide the implementation of Chapter 3 Rules of Origin and Origin Process in Free Trade Agreements Vietnam - Korea (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement VKFTA) :

1. Rules of Origin (Annex I);

2. Product specific rules (Annex II);

3. To guide the implementation of Article 6 Annex I (Annex III);

4. Process and origin inspection (Annex IV);

5. Form C / O VK granted by Vietnam (Annex V);

6. Form C / O KV level by Korea (Annex VI);

7. Additional declaration Form C / O (Annex VII);

8. Guide declare C / O (Annex VIII); and

9. A list of the C / O (Annex IX).

This Circular takes effect from 01 Jan 2016
