Circular No. 53/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH is issued by MOLISA to introduce the List of machinery, equipment and materials subject occupational hygiene and safety requirements.

The Department of Labor safety shall aggregate and submit proposals for modification and addition to the List to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs as prescribe by laws.

Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities shall cooperate with relevant authorities in dissemination and provisions of instructions on implementation of this Circular for entities using machinery, equipment and materials on the List within the province; aggregate and submit annual status reports on implementation of this Circular and status reports on occupational hygiene and safety to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

This Circular enters into force form February 12, 2017.
