Circular 240/2016/TT-BTC prescribes the maximum price of medical quarantine and preventive medicine services at public health establishments.

The maximum price of medical quarantine and preventive medicine services at public health establishments is defined in the Appendix enclosed with this Circular.

The Circular takes effect from January 01, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BTC dated January 15, 2014 of the Finance Ministry regulating the rates of collection, remittance, management and use of preventive medicine and medical quarantine charges.
