The Minister of Transport has promulgated the Circular amending, supplementing some articles of the Circular No. 30/2011/Circular-BGTVT dated April 15, 2011 by the Minister of Transport stipulating the inspection of technical safety, quality and environmental protection in manufacturing and assembling motor vehicles.
The Circular takes effect on December 15, 2014.
