Circular 55/2012/TT-BGTVT dated December 26, 2012 promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Classification and Technical Supervision of Mobile Offshore Units and National Technical Regulation for Classification and Technical Supervision of Fixed Offshore Platforms.

The Circular issues two National Technical Regulation as below:

1. QCVN 48: 2012/BGTVT: National Technical Regulation on Classification and Technical Supervision of Mobile Offshore Units.

2. QCVN 49: 2012/BGTVT: National Technical Regulation for Classification and Technical Supervision of Fixed Offshore Platforms.

 

The Circular takes effective since July 1, 2013
