Circular 24/2014/TT-BGTVT dated June 30, 2014 promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Anti-Fouling Systems of Sea-going Ships, National Technical Regulation on Towage at Sea, National Technical Regulation on Classification and Building of Single Point Moorings and Floating Light Buoys and National Technical Regulation on Marine Pollution Prevention Systems of Ships.

The Circular issues four National Technical Regulations, as below:

1. QCVN 74: 2014/BGTVT: National Technical Regulation on Anti-Fouling Systems of Sea-going Ships.

2. QCVN 73: 2014/BGTVT: National Technical Regulation on Towage at Sea

3. QCVN 72: 2014/BGTVT: National Technical Regulation on Classification and Building of Single Point Moorings and Floating Light Buoys.

4. QCVN 26: 2014/BGTVT: National Technical Regulation on Marine Pollution Prevention Systems of Ships

 

The Circular takes effective since October 1, 2014
