Circular 42/2016/TT-BTTTT stipulates the list of potentially unsafe goods and products under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

This Circular applies to:

1. Entities manufacturing and trading group-2 goods and products on the List in Vietnam.

2. Entities engaging in activities related to the quality of group-2 goods and products on the List in Vietnam.

The list of specialized goods and products used in information and communications industry subject to declaration and certification of conformity is presented in Annex I attached to the Circular.

The list of specialized goods and products used in information and communications industry subject to declaration of conformity is presented in Annex II attached to the Circular.

This Circular enters into force from October 01, 2017 and replaces the Circular No.05/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 19, 2014 by the Minister of Information and Communications on potentially unsafe products and goods under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
