Decree No. 116/2013/ND-CP details a number of Articles of the Law on Prevention and Combat of Money Laundering on measures to prevent and combat money laundering, collection, handling and transfer of information on prevention and combat of money laundering , responsibilities of the State agencies for preventing and combating money laundering; and international cooperation in the prevention and combat of money laundering.

This Decree replaces the Decree No. 74/2005/ND-CP dated June 07, 2005 of the Government on prevention and combat of money laundering.

This Decree takes effect on October 10, 2013.
