To amend Clause 2, Article 21 of Circular No. 47/2010/TT-BYT of December 29, 2010 of the Ministry of Health guidelines exports, importing drugs and packaging in direct contact with the following medicines
"2. Procedures:
Enterprises importing records sent to the National Institute for Vaccine and medical bio. Within 14 working days after the receipt of samples and records as required, National Institute for Vaccine and medical bio answer written about the quality of vaccines, medical biologicals and security full experimental animal vaccines, biological medical products to enterprises. "
