Decision No. 20/2013/QD-TTg regulates the value level of high value transactions subject to report to the State bank of Vietnam as prescribed in Clause 1 Article 21 of the Law on Prevention of money laundering.
The value level of high value transactions subject to report is VND 300,000,000 (three hundred million dong).
This Decision takes effect on June 10, 2013.
