Circular No. 38/2015/TT-NHNN amends and supplements some articles of Circular 16/2012/TT-NHNN dated May 25, 2012 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam guiding some articles of Decree 24/2012/ND-CP dated April 03, 2012 of the Government on the management of gold trading activities.
The Circular shall come into effect since February 15, 2016.
