Decree No. 39/2017/ND-CP prescribes statutory requirements for commercial animal feed and aqua feed trading, utilization, experiment, certification, testing and regulatory management.

This Decree shall replace the Government's Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP dated February 05, 2010 on management of animal feeds.

This Decree shall enter into force from May 20, 2017.
