Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BNNPTNT specifies the management of conditions, quality, testing, and assessment of aquatic breeds, and obligations of organizations and individuals concerned.

The Circular supersedes the regulations on testing aquatic breeds in the Decision No. 18/2002/QD-BTS dated June 03, 2002 of the Ministry of Fishery, and supersedes Clause 3 Section III of the Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BTS dated March 20, 2006 of the Ministry of Fishery providing guidance on the implementation of the Government's Decree No. 59/2005/ND-CP dated May 04, 2005 on the requirements for some lines of fisheries.

The Circular takes effect on July 05, 2013.
