Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BNNPTNT amends and supplements the Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BNNPTNT which promulgates the list of permitted or banned plant protection substances in Vietnam and HS Codes of permitted or banned plant protection substances in Vietnam.

The following plant protection substances which have been officially registered shall be added to the List of permitted plant protection substances in Vietnam:

·         Pesticides: 2 active ingredients, 2 trade names;

·         Fungicides: 3 active ingredients, 3 trade names;

·         Herbicides: 2 active ingredients, 2 trade names;

·         Rodenticides: 1 active ingredient, 1 trade name;

·         Plant-growth regulators: 1 active ingredient, 1 trade name.

Attached to this Circular are two appendices detailed as follows:

-       Appendix 1: Change of the company name applying for registration, change of trade names, types of plant protection substances, measurement units and quantities of active ingredients

-       Appendix 2: List of officially registered and permitted plant protection substances in Vietnam

-       Appendix 3: List of additional registered and permitted plant protection substances in Vietnam

The Circular shall take effect on April 25, 2017.
