Decision 278/QD-BNN-BVTV encloses Apppendix 1 and 2 which includes the list of plant protection substances containing 2.4D and paraquat ingredients to be unlisted out of the permitted plant protection substances in Vietnam.

Plant protection substances in the enclosed Appendix 1 and 2 are only allowed to be produced and inported for a maximum of one year and to be traded and used for a maximum of two years from the effective date of this Decision.

Appendices enclosed with this Decision are:

·         Appendix 1: List of plant protection substances containing 2.4D ingredients to be unlisted out of the permitted plant protection substances in Vietnam

·         Appendix 2: List of plant protection substances containing paraquat ingredients to be unlisted out of the permitted plant protection substances in Vietnam

The Decision shall takes effect from the signing date.
