Circular No. 21/2014/TT-BCT prescribes amendments to Circular No. 36/2010/TT-BCT dated November 15th 2010 by the Minister of Industry and Trade on the implementation of amended rule on procedures for issuance and inspection of origin and the Product specific rules according to the harmonized system version 2007 under the trade agreement of goods within the framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between the association of Southeast Asian nations and the People’s Republic of China.

Appendix 1 enclosed with Circular No. 36/2010/TT-BCT dated November 15th 2010 by the Minister of Industry and Trade on the implementation of amended rule on procedures for issuance and inspection of origin and the Product specific rules according to the harmonized system version 2007 under the trade agreement of goods within the framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between the association of Southeast Asian nations and the People’s Republic of China is replaced by the Appendix of this Circular.

This Circular comes into effect from July 01^st 2014.
