Circular No. 46/2015/TT-BCT prescribes the contents, order, procedures and inspection of product quality in manufacturing under the management of the Ministry of Induustry and Trade.

Products in production covered by this Circular are spercified at Point e, Clause 2, Article 32 of the Government’s Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008, detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality, except for products specified in Clause 3 of this Article.

Enclosed with the Circular are templates and schedules for the inspection of product quality in production under the management of MOIT.

This Circular is effective from July 01, 2016.
