Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BCT is issued to amend and supplement a number of articles of Circular No. 22/2009/TT-BCT on regulations on the transit of Laos’ goods through Vietnamese territory.
Sepcifically, transitted goods shall only be transitted through international border gates.
The routes permitted for transportation of transitted goods shall comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Communications and Transport.
This Circular takes effect from May 26, 2017.
