Imports on chemicals are required fully declare the standards of quality and corresponding technical standards	Technical Measures	Ministry of Industry and Trade	When importing chemicals listed in Appendix 4 of Circular 01/2006/TT-BCN, the traders must fully declare the standards of quality and corresponding technical standards for the customs offices to check and compare.
