The imported goods being the subjects of state inspection of quality only receive customs clearance after an inspecting agency issue a notification of the satisfactory result of the state inspection of imported goods quality. Required conditions for export of inorganic fertilizers	Technical Measures	Ministry of Industry and Trade	Exporters of inorganic fertilizers must present the following documents to the Customs Authority: 1. A copy of Certificate of Enterprise registration or Investment certificate or Certificate of Business registration which includes fertilizer business granted by competent agencies. These are only presented at the first export. 2. If being required for quality inspection of organizations and individuals in import country, they must submit the quality test results of batches of exported fertilizer in accordance with the provisions of export contracts assigned to grant by the Department of fertilizer testing or test result paper or certificate granted by a test organization or certification body of fertilizers of the country signing the Mutual Recognition Arrangements (Agreements-MRA) with Vietnam.
