Decision No. 4069/QD-BNN-QLCL proclaims the list of imported goods in need of food safety inspection before clearance within the MARD’s responsibility.

Attached to this Decision is an appendix named List of Imported Goods subject to Food Safety Control before Clearance under the MARD’s Management.

As stated at the Decision, the National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department (NAFIQAD) under the MARD is authorized to join hands with relevant agencies to periodically review the list and propose the amendments and additions to make it well fit to the specific time periods.

The Decision becomes effective as of its signing date.
