 Before import, import scraps must ensure meeting conditions as prescribed by law on conditions of importing scraps to use as raw materials for production; have been cleaned in order to reject waste, raw materials, items, goods banned from import as prescribed by Vietnamese law and international treaties of which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member; have been selected, classified separately under HS code, name of scrap, description of scrap, quality requirement in conformity with regulations on the Lists promulgated together with this Circular.
