Organizations and individuals producing, trading in and exporting coffee bean may voluntarily apply national standard TCVN 4193:2005 to coffee bean and implement the announcement of standard conformity under Clause 1, Article 14 of the Government's Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP of August 1, 2007, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations.
