This Circular prescribes the order and procedures for the grant and withdrawal of certificates of genetically modified plants eligible for use as food and animal feed.

This Circular applies to domestic and foreign organizations and individuals (hereafter referred to as organizations and individuals) engaged in activities related to the grant and withdrawal of plant genetic clearance certificates. Conditions for use as food and feed (hereinafter referred to as certification) in the Vietnamese territory.
