This Circular provides for:
1. List of potentially unsafe products and goods (below collectively referred to as group-2 products and goods), which fall under the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Transport.
2. Commodity code (HS) for the list of group 2 products and goods.
Promulgated together with this Circular is the list of group-2 products and goods under the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Transport, including 02 (two) appendices:
1. Annex 1: List of products, goods, HS codes of group 2 subject to compulsory certification and declaration of conformity.
2. Appendix 2: List of products, goods and HS codes of group 2 subject to compulsory regulation.
