This Decree prescribes special preferential import duty rates for the implementation of the ASEAN-India Agreement on Trade in Goods under the ASEAN-India Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation for the period 2018-2022 and the conditions shall enjoy the special preferential import tax rate under this Agreement.
