Legal basis of the Procedure                

• Law on Customs No. 54/2014/QH13 dated June 23, 2014;

• Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 on guidelines for enforcement of the Law on Customs in terms of customs procedures, customs supervision and inspection;

• Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the classification, analysis for classification; analysis for quality inspection and food safety inspection of exports and imports

Step 1

The declarant shall register the List of components and spare parts of machinery and equipment in electronic form enclosed with a monitoring sheet of the components and spare parts of machinery and equipment with the most convenient Customs Division before importing the first lot

Step 2

The Customs Division where the List is registered shall receive, create a monitoring sheet, and append the seal on 02 copies of the List of imported goods and 01 copy of Monitoring sheet; make decisions on classification, tax collection and deduction when settling customs procedures for actually imported goods máy liên hợp
