This Circular provides for technical and environmental safety inspection of imported motor vehicles regulated by Decree No. 116/2017/ND-CP, does not apply to imported motor vehicles specified in Point b Clause 2 Article 2 of Decree No. 116/2017/ND-CP.
This Circular applies to enterprises that import motor vehicles into Vietnam, other organizations and individuals involved in management and inspection of motor vehicles.
