This Circular guides the labeling of energy for cars of grades 07 up to 09 seats (hereinafter referred to as cars) manufactured or assembled from completely new spare parts or imported ones. .

This Circular applies to organizations and individuals involved in the manufacture, assembly, import and trading of vehicles, inspection and testing of fuel consumption levels and certification of motor vehicle labels.

This Circular is not compulsory for:

a / Vehicles manufactured, assembled or imported for direct use for defense or security purposes by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security;

b / Vehicles temporarily imported for re-export; Transit vehicles; vehicles of diplomatic or consular;

c) Car imports are single and not for the purpose of trading cars;

e / Vehicles imported under separate regulations of the Prime Minister;

e) Vehicles using non-petrol, petrol, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas (NG).
