Legal basis of the Procedure                

• Law on Customs No. 54/2014/QH13 dated June 23, 2014;

• Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 on guidelines for enforcement of the Law on Customs in terms of customs procedures, customs supervision and inspection;

• Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the classification, analysis for classification; analysis for quality inspection and food safety inspection of exports and imports

Step 1

The declarant shall register the List of machinery and equipment in electronic form enclosed with a monitoring sheet of the machinery and equipment with the most convenient Customs Division before importing the first lot

Step 2

The Customs Division where the List is registered shall receive, create a monitoring sheet, and append the seal on 02 copies of the List of imported goods and 01 copy of Monitoring sheet (keep 01 original copy of the List and give 01 original copy of the List enclosed with 01 original copy of the Monitoring sheet to the customs declarant); make decisions on classification and deduction until the whole volume of imported goods noted in the Monitoring sheet has been deducted.
