Import tariff quota in 2018

The quantity of raw tobacco (HS code: 2401) imported under the tariff quota of 2018 is 53,604 tonnes.

The allocation of tariff quotas for imported raw tobacco shall comply with the provisions of Circular No. 04/2014/TT-BCT dated January 27, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade detailing the implementation of a number of articles of Decree 187/2013/ ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding international purchase and sale of goods and activities of purchase, sale, In case of transit of goods with foreign countries and documents amending, supplementing or replacing this Circular (if any).
