This Decree regulate details the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding the development of foreign trade activities through trade promotion, the activities of trade promotion organizations of Vietnam in foreign countries, activities of trade promotion organizations Foreign investors in Vietnam.

Applicable subjects
1. Domestic trade promotion agencies and organizations;
2. Trade promotion organizations of Vietnam in foreign countries;
3. Foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam;
4. Domestic and foreign organizations and individuals participating in foreign trade and trade promotion activities.
