|
The construction site or warehouse of a construction site is the place for gathering imported equipment, materials, supplies for factory building, implementation of investment projects, manufacturing and production of goods or goods for export.
|

|
The enterprise takes responsibility in providing the area and equipment for checking activities at the construction site, production area and can only bring the goods into production, construction or deployment after the customs authority certifies the clearance.

Process Steps
|
Step 1
Submit the dossier
|
Submit a written request enclosed with a design diagram of the checkpoint to the local Customs Department where the construction site, production facility or factory is located.
|
|
Step 2
Receive the dossier of papers, take required steps and make relevant decisions.
|
The Customs Department shall examine the dossier, conduct physical examination of the warehouse and/or storage yard, and issue a written decision of approval. If the requested site is unsatisfactory in meeting customs custody requirements, the Customs Department shall reply in witting to the enterprise.
