Promulgate together with this Circular the list of foodstuffs, food additives, food-processing aids and food-wrapping and packing materials subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Health. The list of goods to be exported or imported in Vietnam, issued together with Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC of June 27, 2017.

This Circular takes effect on May 21, 2018
