Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree 08/2015/ND-CP of January 21, 2015 detailing and implemeting measures for implementation of the Customs Law regarding customs procedures and inspection, supervision, customs control.
This Decree takes effect on June 5, 2018.
The phrase "after clearance" in Clause 2 of Article 40, Clause 4 of Article 61, Clause 5 of Article 66, Article 58, Article 78, Article 80 of Decree 08/2015/ND-CP of January 21, Goverment.
