This Decree prescribes a number of articles of the Commercial Law and the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding:

a / International sale and purchase of goods made in the form of export or import; temporary import for re-export; temporary export for re-import; border gate; transiting and other activities related to the international sale and purchase of goods according to the provisions of law and treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party.

b) To settle disputes over the application of foreign trade management measures.

Applicable subjects

1. State management agencies.

2. Traders engaged in foreign trade activities.

Other domestic and foreign organizations and individuals involved.
