List of narcotics and precursors

To issue together with this Decree the following lists of narcotic substances and pre-substances:

Category I: Narcotics are strictly prohibited for use in medicine and social life; the use of these substances in analysis, testing, scientific research, criminal investigation in accordance with special provisions of the competent authority.

Category II: Narcotics are restricted to analysis, testing, scientific research, criminal investigation or in the field of health as stipulated by the competent authority.

Category III: Narcotics are used in analysis, testing, scientific research, criminal investigation or in the field of health and veterinary as stipulated by the competent authority.

Category IV: Precursors.

The precursors used for purposes of national defense and security shall be managed and licensed by the Ministry of Public Security and licensed for export or import. The precursors used in the veterinary field managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and licensed for export or import.
