Promulgated together with this Circular, the list of medical equipment subject to specialized management by the Health Ministry is defined as the goods code (hereinafter referred to as goods code) according to the List of Vietnamese import and export goods Nam issued together with Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC of June 27, 2017 of the Ministry of Finance.

This Circular takes effect on July 1, 2018
