This Decision provides for the list and route of low-efficiency energy-efficient vehicles and equipment which must be removed (not allowed to import, produce and do business in the country) and efficient power generation units. Low is not built new.

This Decision shall not apply to temporary import or re-export means, equipment, substitute repair and inspection of energy efficiency levels....

This Decision takes effect from July 10, 2018.
